Heartfelt Hello Card

Close to my Heart’s Heartfelt Hello stamp is one of my favorites. It coordinates perfectly when the Thin Cuts—Basic Hearts dies, which just happen to be on sale this month. To make this card, I stamped the Heartfelt Hello image onto a piece of Kraft cardstock with Versamark ink, sprinkled it with White Embossing Powder, and heat set it with a Craft Heater. (I love the embossed look of the white on Kraft.)

I cut the stamped image out using the largest heart in the Thin Cuts—Basic Hearts die set. I colored in the flowers with some ShinHan markers and the tiny flowers with the Gold Shimmer Brush. After creating a card base with some White Daisy cardstock and a piece of patterned paper from the Some Kinda Wonderful collection,  I adhered the heart with some 3-D Foam Tape. I added a few Pink Enamel Gems to the bottom to finish it off.

One of the lucky winners from a contest I had last month in my customer VIP Facebook group received this card with their prize. *Ü*

  1. I love the white heat embossing on Kraft, and the way you've colored it. This is beautiful, Lisa! I'm glad to know it fits with the heart thin cut, too!
