I don't believe it is 4 for $5! In order to get 2 stamp sets you have to spend $55 and in order to get 4 you need to spend $80--I guess I just don't see where you are getting 4 stamps for $5. It's true that you do need to spend a minimum of $75 to qualify for the promotions, but when you do qualify, you get the Stamp of the Month set for $5 and the free A Typeset stamp set, and the Pair-a-Phrase (double set) for free as well. If someone was planning on placing an order anyway, they would qualify for the extra 4 stamps for only $5 more.
