Out on a Limb Card

I just got my Out on a Limb set from Papertrey and LOVE it! I whipped out a couple of super fast cards. Here is one of them. I used Papertrey's wonderfully thick cardstock and embossed a border using Spellbinder's largest Rectangle from the Small Nestabilities Classic Rectangle Set.

It is kind of hard to see in the photos, but I added a tiny dot of Cranberry Ink in the middle of each flower and then I used a Write and Rub pen to add another tiny dot of glue on top of the Cranberry. I added a little Prisma Glitter to finish it off.

Cardstock: Papertrey Stamper's Select White Cardstock Inks: CTMH Chocolate, BlushCranberry Stamps: Papertrey Out on a Limb Other: Spellbinder's Nestibilities Classic Rectangle - Small

Feel free to add me, blog etiquette aside, I think it was sweet of you to ask. I loved your blog and now I'm going back to look at some more!

  2. I love this card and Out on a Limb. Who would think that something so simple could be so pretty? I think those Nestabilities are going to have to be placed a little higher on my wishlist, too . . . As for your little girl checking out your Cuttlebug - adorable!

  3. I thought about getting this set, and for some reason decided not to. Oh boy, do I regret that now after seeing this card. I love the embossing as well. Shoot, add something else to my list of gotta haves!
